HARRY PAYNE OBE COMPETITION

The Harry Payne OBE competition was held at the Memorial Park on Monday (25/05). The event consisted of a morning and afternoon session with each trio playing in a round robin format against teams in the same session. Winners and runners up in both sessions went through to the semi-final stage, the winners meeting in the final. 

The final saw Dave Halward teamed with Saskia Webb and Elliott Lewis playing against Reg Thomas, Bernie Wright and Haydn John-Davies. On a scorching afternoon, the keenly fought competition was played to a conclusion with Dave, Saskia and Elliott coming out on top.
